A core value of REW is the right of the individual to work in a safe environment. With this in mind conformance to the Occupation Health and Safety Act is a key measurement at REW.
Each factory has a dedicated Safety Officer ensuring that all the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are complied with at all times.
Staff is retrained on an annual basis on safety issues relating to their function. Each factory is served by fully trained Health and Safety Representatives, First Aiders and Fire Teams.
The entire team is guided and monitored by a dedicated Senior Manager and Safety Management Team.
